Zainab Pathan, Human & National Security
Zainab is an Honours BSc student at the University of Toronto Scarborough, pursuing a double major in Molecular Biology, Immunology & Disease and Political Science. She serves as the lab’s project coordinator, supporting progress across several of Dr. Ahmad’s research portfolios. Her work under the Human Security cluster includes the Moringa oleifera project, and under the National Security cluster she contributes to the Resilience research team. Zainab’s interests lie at the intersections of biological sciences, politics, and humanitarian impact, with a focus on advancing evidence‑based, community‑focused research.
